10-Point Vision Expounded

  • We have successfully established the legal mechanism needed for status correction under ARNA, providing the solution for reclaiming Indigenous identity and rights. Now, the focus is to spread the word and encourage individuals to come H.O.M.E to ARNA, where they can secure their rightful status and heritage. A key focus is on re-establishing tribal jurisdictions and governance systems disrupted by colonization, thereby restoring self-determination and control over economic and political affairs to support a sovereign future for our people.

  • Empowerment begins with education rooted in Indigenous history, law, and governance. The focus is on creating curricula that include Indigenous psychology, the science of self-governance, and practical applications of Natural Law. Through workshops, seminars, and formal educational institutions, members are equipped to not only understand their rights but to advocate for and defend them. This ensures the next generation is prepared to uphold tribal sovereignty, participate in nation-building, and contribute meaningfully to both their communities and society at large.

  • Based on our Indigenous Food Science develop community farms, food markets, and Indigenous cafes that provide access to healthy, culturally significant foods. This initiative is designed to restore traditional agricultural practices, promote food security, and empower communities to be self-sustaining. With an emphasis on Indigenous food science, the objective is to establish an economic model that not only nourishes but also educates community members on sustainable farming and the health benefits of traditional diets, fostering both economic independence and cultural continuity.

  • Create a network of holistic health clinics that offer services combining Indigenous medicinal knowledge and modern healthcare. This network includes preventive care, mental health support, and the development of fitness standards to promote physical well-being. By standardizing Indigenous health practices, the aim is to reduce reliance on external healthcare systems, address health disparities, and empower the community to take charge of its own wellness, while also training Indigenous health practitioners to carry on these traditions.

  • Build local jurisdictions to establish governance, community planning, and economic systems that are aligned with the ARNA and IPA frameworks. Each jurisdiction will operate semi-autonomously, with a focus on community security, judicial processes, and self-regulation. These jurisdictions will function as micro-governments that educate, empower, and protect members, serving as models for Indigenous self-determination and offering templates for larger-scale implementation at regional and national levels.

  • Re-establish traditional child-rearing and family support systems through child development centers, birthing centers, and midwifery programs. This initiative aims to strengthen families by providing educational resources, health support, and cultural training that aligns with Indigenous values. Standardizing practices for childbirth and child development will help restore community structures disrupted by historical trauma and modern societal pressures, ensuring that future generations are rooted in their cultural heritage and equipped to thrive.

  • Develop a cooperative economic model based on trust systems, community reinvestment, and tribal business development. This includes creating economic policies that support Indigenous entrepreneurs, cooperative businesses, and wealth-building initiatives under the protection of tribal law. By leveraging the tax-exempt status and financial sovereignty of the tribal structure, members can participate in economic ventures that benefit the entire community, fostering shared prosperity and financial resilience.

  • Establish strong political advocacy frameworks to represent Indigenous and Aboriginal interests at local, national, and international levels. This involves forming political alliances, engaging in policy-making, and asserting the rights of Indigenous peoples globally. Through active participation in political discourse, the organization seeks to shape policies that protect cultural heritage, land rights, and self-governance, ensuring that Indigenous voices are central to discussions on human and Indigenous rights. • Implement comprehensive environmental and land reclamation programs to secure and develop ancestral lands for agribusiness and local jurisdictional growth. These efforts will focus on converting reclaimed land into community farms, sustainable housing, and infrastructure to support jurisdictional self-sufficiency. Integrating agribusiness initiatives—such as food production, distribution, and Indigenous food science—will create a foundation for economic growth. Furthermore, these developments have the potential to qualify for federal and grant funding, enhancing economic independence while preserving the cultural and ecological integrity of our land.

  • Develop community-wide fitness and wellness programs to cultivate resilience among members. Monthly fitness training standards, mental health workshops, and cultural retreats are designed to strengthen both the body and the mind. These programs not only promote individual health but also prepare members to serve as leaders and defenders of their communities, embodying the discipline and strength required to sustain the collective vision of sovereignty and self-determination.
