Astronomical Culture and Indigenous Mythos. The Planet Venus makes 5 Conjunctions every 584 days with Earth. In 8 Earth years and 13 Venus years these 5 Planetary Conjunctions make a Geometrical Pentagram (5-pointed Star) in the Heavens. Ix Chel can be found in epigraphy and glyphs sitting in the Crescent Moon thus the Star represents Venus and Earth conjuncted. 240,000 earth years ago this relationship was born and its significance was apart of every planetary initiatory society and mystery system. The Black Represents our New Star ‘Bolon Yokte K’u’ The Star Representing our Spiritual Rebirth as a People. The eight (8) represents the four primary elements of creation and 4 conditions of creation that allow for transformation of elements to form and construct all Stars Planets Moons and other celestial orbs and the biological life forms on them.

This is accomplished via attenuation of the waves from the Creator.

  • Jurisdiction refers to the legal authority and power a government has to create laws, enforce them, and govern a specific territory and its people. For Foundational Black Americans who are descendants of slavery, victims of denationalization & genocide, understanding & establishing jurisdiction is crucial for several reasons:

    1. Restoration of Rights: Due to historical denationalization, many African Americans have been stripped of their original national identity and subjected to policies that marginalize their legal status. Establishing a recognized jurisdiction allows them to regain political and social rights that were systematically taken away.

    2. Self-Determination: Jurisdiction enables a group to govern itself, creating laws and systems that reflect its unique cultural, economic, and social needs. This means descendants of slavery can reclaim their right to self-governance, separate from colonial constructs that do not serve their interests.

    3. Protection Against Legal Vulnerability: Without a proper jurisdiction, individuals and communities can be vulnerable to external laws that do not prioritize or protect their well-being. Establishing jurisdiction provides a shield, ensuring that Indigenous rights and reparative policies are upheld.

    4. Path to Sovereignty and Reparations: By reclaiming jurisdiction, Black Americans are positioning themselves to assert their political autonomy and access reparative justice, such as land rights, tax exemptions, and restitution payments. It is a foundational step for creating an independent framework that can interact with federal and international bodies on equal footing.

    5. Economic and Land Reclamation: Jurisdiction is tied to the ability to control land, resources, and economic activities. For a community impacted by systemic economic disenfranchisement, establishing jurisdiction means regaining authority over economic activities, land development, and wealth generation.

    In essence, without jurisdiction, descendants of slavery remain subjects under an imposed legal framework, lacking the autonomy needed to create their own societal structure. Thus, building and recognizing their own jurisdiction is the first step toward real freedom, self-governance, and the full restoration of their rights.

    The Aboriginal Republic of North America is the world's first Indigenous Government.
    Our Ancestral home is North America spanning from the areas we call the United States of America, into Mexico, and the American Islands.
    ARNA (Aboriginal Republic of North America) operates a national plebiscite for Indigenous Peoples throughout our jurisdiction. The purpose of our plebiscite is to implement an autonomous Indigenous Government specifically for the unlawfully denationalized Aboriginal Americans and/or  those with Moorish Descent who were unlawfully denationalized and made prisoners of war (so called slavery). The Act of committing Aboriginal Americans and those with Moorish descent to a status of prisoners of war (so called slavery) without respect for International treaties between the political jurisdictions was unlawful. If you do not claim your proper political status you cannot claim slavery was illegal. You are not going to get lawful/legal remedy as a misnomer (African American, Negro etc)

  • The Indigenous Political Authority (click for more) is an instrumentality of the Aboriginal Republic of North America.
    The purpose of this entity is to support and advocate human rights for Indigenous Peoples globally and to create a plebiscite to address the legal identity of Black/African Americans.
    ARNA supports all organizations, NGOS, and any and all institutions that are advocating for the self determination, human rights, and autonomy of Aboriginal/Indigenous Peoples.
    In order to accomplish the above standards, we contract with Indigenous institutions in order to share institutional building strategies, Indigenous Political Science, and strategic planning/protection for Indigenous Peoples, as well as Economic and Legal strategies.

  • The Xi-Amaru are historically called the Olmec. We are the Oldest Indigenous Civilization in the Americas.
    We are the Pyramid and Mound-building civilizations of North America.
    Xi means 'The People of the Tree'. The Tree was symbolic of the energetic life system of the Earth. It represents the Covenant between the Creator 'Halah' and The People 'Xi'. Amaru means serpent/chief/warrior. The concept of the serpent in Indigenous culture is different than in the Bible -Christianity - Judaism. The Serpent represents the creative power of the Universe. It was called Kukulkan, Ququmatz, and later misnamed Quetzalcoatl by the invading Aztecs. Kukulkan or Quqamatz means the winged serpent. It represents our study of Cosmology and Astronomy and other sacred knowledge. Other Names We have been called are Allegewi (mound builders) from original Ajaw, a Xi word meaning King. In North America when the British came they misnamed us Powahtun (properly termed Pawahtun & Yamasee.
    Our Aboriginal Anthropologists have designated Powahtun as an Olmec Xi word from the original, which is Pawahtuun, meaning 4 parts of the year. At the New Year we held a Pawahtuun Celebration. Pawahtuun (English Powahtan) was the ancestor of writing and calendars and the name means 4 parts (Pawah) of the year (Tuun).
    Europeans later renamed us based on another term we use for our Ajaw councils 'Nanti-Kuk' meaning 'Grand Council of Fire'. After the Xi fought the British in the first Anglo-Powahtan war, Baron DeLaWar and his soldiers named some of us after him and the word DeLaWar was used for our ancestors who were captive and thus the use of Delaware.
    The Delaware, Powahtan, and other Atlantic & southern Tribes were all known as 'black tribes' of Aboriginals before the 1800s.

  • Our plebiscite is designed to legally resolve these historical issues of genocide and denationalization through a fully operational Indigenous Government for Aboriginal Americans with Moorish descent.

    As Indigenous peoples apart of an Indigenous Government, we the Nationals of the Aboriginal Republic of North America have our own Tribal Identifications (Tribal member IDS & tax Exempt IDS), domestic licenses and tribal licenses. We also adhere to having State issued Drivers license and insurance as we are required to to travel on state constructed roads, highways, and streets. We have the ability to open bank accounts and contract as Indigenous Americans of this land just like any other Nationals and Citizens of the United States of America. We have communicated our plebiscite to the United States Secretary of State and received recognizance of our operations and have the supporting records. We are in full agreement with UN Resolution 60-147-Right to Remedy and Reparation for Victims of Gross Violations of International Human Rights and serious violations of International humanitarian law and all other mandates protecting our right to a nationality and specifically rights as Indigenous peoples institutions and governments.

    We are also on an international campaign to implement all United Nations mandates and resolutions protecting Indigenous Peoples and governments as well as become a permanent menber of the BIA with our Hixiti Yamasee Pawahtuun Nation, the oldest nation of 'black aboriginals on record in the continental United States. The Aboriginal Republic of North America offers the IPA as a template for a United Nations for Indigenous Peoples.

  • The plebiscite of the Aboriginal Republic of North America and the International Indigenous Society, which was noticed to the United States Department of State via Authentication Document 06013144-1, was signed by Condoleezza Rice Secretary of State of the United States ex rel the Authentication Department of the Secretary of State. This action is a legal action supported by Code of Federal Regulations Title 22: Foreign Intercourse section 131.1 & 131.2; established a National political operation to reclaim our Aboriginal Indigenous American Nationality and status as a United States National pursuant to International Treaties and the Supreme Law of the Land.

  • There is no birth date for the Aboriginal People. We have been here on this planet for eons of time. Our governments have existed for eons of time. The invasion, colonization and expansion of non-aboriginal people brought about the slow decay of the governmental infrastructures of Aboriginal Nations. We consider these acts, which cause the loss of the political status of Indigenous Peoples genocide and denationalization. The 20th Century brought about a change in the colonization phase as many Aboriginal Nations began to reclaim their Political Autonomy.

    As Aboriginal Peoples and specifically as Aboriginals (Xi-Amaru) we have the oldest record of participating in Nation State Governments as Aboriginal Peoples on the planet.

    The Aboriginal Republic Of North America (ARNA) was formally recognized by the United States Department of State on March 6th 2006. We received the formal witnessing signature of the Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice [Executive Branch] and the witnessing seal of the United States federal Government [form 06013144-1] based on Article 4 [Authentication] & Article 6 [Supremacy Clause] of the United States Constitution, both Articles being based on International Law in full accordance with Code of Federal Regulations Title 22 131.1 & 131.2 and in accordance with USC 4 Section 42. On January 12th 2006 the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania formally recognized ARNA-IPA with the witnessing signature of the Secretary of State Pedro A. Cortes [Executive Branch] and the witnessing seal of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania [form 200601853]. On December 29th 2005 Philadelphia County (Shaykhamaxum – the ancient seat of our Nation) formally recognized ARNA with the witnessing signature of Prothonotary Stanley J. Chmielewski and the witnessing seal of Philadelphia County [form 96-07025], along with official witness made by Patricia Franklin witnessing the seal and signature of Chief Executive Minister

    Amaru Namaa Taga Xi-Ali also known as Dr. Abdul-Ali Muhammad.

    By the above noticing actions the plebiscite for returning the political identity of Indigenous Nationals of the Aboriginal Republic Of North America and the Aboriginal Republic of North America became formally recognized [by all levels of government in respect to the United States] from their historical headquarters Shaykamaxum now called Philadelphia County and the headquarters for an International Aboriginal Association of Indigenous People was formally established by our actions of reforming our Indigenous governmental system.

  • The Aboriginal Republic Of North America is providing an opportunity for all Aboriginal Peoples of the North American continent to be at the forefront of the World Indigenous Movement. We have officially recorded our Constitution with DOCIP which is the Indigenous Peoples' Center for Documentation, Research and Information in Geneva Switzerland. As of 2010 and 2011 with our Aboriginal Summit, the International Society of Indigenous States has provided an opportunity for all Aboriginal Indigenous Peoples who have come under the colonial corporate control on non-aboriginal people to declare their Independence in an Indigenous Government and International Association that is for all Indigenous Peoples.

  • The Political Status is Indigenous American aka Aboriginal American.

  • We gain this right by Jus Soli and Jus sanguineous. Jus Soli means we are born here on this land, the land of of ancestors who were the first inhabitants (Autochthons). Jus Sanguineous means we SELF IDENTIFY as Indigenous via a Government and connect ourselves to our Aboriginal Bloodlines through documented process.

  • Nationals of the ARNA Xi-Amaru Government are both Nationals and Citizens of the Unites States of America. SPECIFICALLY via the SNYDER Act also termed The Indian (Indigenous) Citizenship Act of 1924. This Act is not like the 14th Amendment, as it is a contract and Statute that Guarantees the protection of our Aboriginal tribal rights and Property.

  • No We are not. The 14th Amendment removed the word Free from persons as it is shown in Article 1 Section 2 Clause 3 of the United States Constitution when applies to free white persons ofEuropean descent. 14th Amendment Citizens do not have Snyder Act protections on Indigenous and Tribal property.

  • Federal recognition means that a tribe receives services from the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Those Tribes are 501 (c) 3s. The Bureau of Indian Affairs can alter and amend their constitutions and those tribes have relinquished their autonomy.
    ARNA Xi-Amaru Tribal Government made direct communications with the US Department of State in 2006 for its recognition. We have kept all of the records.
    We are an Autonomous Indigenous Government securing ALL of our Indigenous Rights and we are entitled to ALL of our protections as an Indigenous Tribal Government that is foreign to the United States Government. See USC 18 section 11. This also allows us access to International Rights and Human Rights as opposed to being stuck with civil privileges also termed civil rights.

  • The term “foreign government”, as used in this title except in sections 112, 878, 970, 1116, and 1201, includes any government, faction, or body of insurgents within a country with which the United States is at peace, irrespective of recognition by the United States. 

  • The purpose of a passport is to protect you while in a foreign land. There are many scammers claiming they have passports that are lawful. They are not. The US has embassies for our protection in foreign lands when traveling. ARNA does not have embassies therefore it is not lawful or practical to give our nationals passports. We correct our status properly then use that status when filling out the DS 75 application or updating our names on passports we already have.

  • We do not implement any pseudo SOVEREIGN CITIZEN Scamming tactics. There are only two types of government that have a lawful/legal right to exist on this land.
